About this Bidding System
This bid is not legally binding in any way. All real estate purchase contracts must be in writing and signed by both parties. This bidding system serves only to negotiate the terms that may be put into a real estate purchase contract if so desired by both parties. If you submit the accepted bid and you wish to purchase the home you will need to sign a completed real estate purchase contract that will need to be signed by both the buyer and seller.
Representation
You will be required to acknowledge this representation in writing by signing the Agency Disclosure Agreement (pdf).
Buyers Due Diligence
